The Southern California Rugby Referee Society’s website already was running on WordPress. An active website with many members and content being added and updated frequently (especially during the rugby season).
With over 350 posts, the new SCRRS website is a thriving blog and communication hub for a society spread out geographically. The site uses a mixture of custom or modified applications built into the code and web server, and connections to online applications (Google Documents, Poll Daddy, Flickr). This gives the referee society a central hub of information without changing established processes – the website displays data seamlessly from other websites inside it’s own site.
Browse around the site and you’ll find a wide variety of content, including online forms that save to a Google Document, multiple registrations, and many tools to assist and support numerous authors and administrators.
